The eziTracker hm solution has been specifically designed to meet the challenge of the homecare sector. The service uses proven data capture technology to record time and attendance via the telephone network, using any phone on any network.
Care workers simply dial a free-phone telephone number on a fixed line phone, key in their unique PIN, whereupon eziTracker will automatically capture the employee, location, hours, and work activities. Other information such as mileage, job codes and consumables used can also be captured by the service. For the small proportion of households with no access to a telephone, the eziTracker codebox enables a carer to record attendance using a simple mobile phone.
