How eziTracker works

The eziTracker homecare monitoring service uses the telephone network to record the time and attendance of homecare visits. On arrival at the client's home, carers login to eziTracker using a freephone telephone number and unique PIN. Immediately employee ID, time and location is automatically captured by eziTracker and made available online in real time to authorised management. Carer log outs are captured in a similar fashion, so providing full start to finish attendance verification for all home visits by each carer.
