Reports Manager

Reports Manager is a valuable tool within the eziTracker suite, enabling customers to better exploit the rich resource of information within eziTracker.

The principal benefit afforded by Reports Manager is that it gives users the ability to create their own bespoke eziTracker reports, so allowing management to retrieve the precise data that they want, in the form that they want, in order to meet their particular needs.

In addition, Reports Manager allows users access to a wide range of sophisticated ready-made reports, many based on the proven design of experienced users in the care sector. A selection of standard eziTracker Quickview reports are also included. All ready-made reports can easily be customised by adding additional columns and changing criteria etc.

Reports Manager (RM) allows users to create and run reports from all the main eziTracker services including eziTracker Monitor, Provider Manager, and eziTracker Roster. (For Provider Manager users, the RM module is included FOC as standard).

Once a report has been created it can be set to run automatically and the results emailed to selected recipients. A wide variety of graphs and charts are also available. Data can be exported to MS Word, Excel, PDF and XML.

Reports Manager holds 12 weeks of data as standard, and for customers subscribing to the archive service, up to 5 years of data can be accessed.

In order to best match individual requirements, a range of user levels is available, with developer users afforded full design capability, and standard users simply having the ability to run reports. Restricted access rights can be stipulated for individual standard users, ensuring that individuals only have access to selected reports.

For those eziTracker customers who would like to take advantage of Reports Manager's design flexibility, but who would rather not create reports themselves, Panztel can create bespoke reports to order, for a small consideration. In this instance only a license for standard user access would only be required.
